Software & publisher
Easy Label Forge (“the Software”) is offered by the publisher behind easylabelforge.com. Commercial licenses are sold through Gumroad; payment, receipts, and Gumroad’s buyer policies apply to those transactions.
Grant of license
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Software according to the tier you purchased (Indie, Indie Plus, Lifetime, Studio Core, Studio Pro, etc.), as described on the pricing page and in license details.
- You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or rent the Software except where mandatory law allows.
- Seat limits and subscription periods must be respected (including pooled Studio activations).
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime means a perpetual right to use the Software build(s) covered by your purchase, as described for the Lifetime tier: included bug fixes and updates for twelve (12) months from purchase; after that period, no further updates are owed; you may continue to use the last version you installed under the license.
Subscriptions (Indie / Studio)
Annual plans renew according to Gumroad’s subscription settings and your payment method. When a subscription ends or is not renewed, your right to use the Software under that plan ends unless another license applies.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for backups and for verifying outputs for production use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the license giving rise to the claim (during the twelve months before the claim), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Privacy
License activation may process your license key, device identifier, Windows computer name, app version and activation status to validate your license and enforce seat limits. See the full Privacy Policy.
