What’s new in v2.7.4
LabelForge V2.7.4: multi-group packaging export and aligned DCC import pipelines.
Per-group OBJ export (recipe v1.7)
- Each mesh group (glass, cap, liquid, air, etc.) is exported as its own OBJ under
extras/, not merged into a single mesh. Label_Recipe.jsonrecordsextra_groups,label_object_name, andselected_groupsfor reliable round-tripping.
DCC import — one object & material per group
- Blender (add-on v1.8.4): collection per product, separate objects and materials for label and extra parts.
- Houdini /obj: product subnet with child geos; extra parts use simple grey Karma / Redshift materials (no spurious textures or blenders).
- Houdini Solaris: USD hierarchy under the product scope (e.g.
/BYREDO_FLACON/…) with materials undermaterials/inside the same scope. - Cinema 4D: separate objects per mesh group.

- Universal PDF & Illustrator ingestion, Frustum UV projection, Mask Designer hotkeys, emissive textures.
- Karma / Redshift Solaris support, consolidated recipe export, Shader Studio presets and session restore.
